This is an introductory graduate-level course on nuclear and particle physics. Emphasis is on the phenomenology and experimental foundations supplemented by a discussion of some leading theoretical concepts.

Syllabus:
Relativitstic kinematics
Decays, scattering, reactions
Colliders and detectors
Structure of nuclei
Nuclear decay and reactions
Classification of elementary particles
Virtual particles and Feynman diagrams
Symmetries
The Standard model

Basic knowledge of electromagnetism and quantum mechanics is assumed. Some familiarity with Special Relativity is helpful but not necessary.
