This course is intended for PhD students. We will talk about a variety of academic soft skills that are typically not taught explicitly. Participants will get hands on advice on career planning, motivation, networking, negotiation, time management and how to market oneself (e.g., for grant applications). In a first session, we will access participant’s needs to tailor the course correspondingly.
